Delivery
We offer local delivery only for our bakery products. Delivery is currently available to addresses within the NE29 postcode area and selected surrounding postcodes.
Eligible delivery areas are confirmed at checkout based on the delivery postcode. We reserve the right to amend or restrict delivery areas at any time.
Delivery dates are selected at the time of ordering. While we aim to deliver within the chosen timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery has been completed. Ownership of the goods passes once full payment has been received.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we operate a limited cancellation and refund policy.
You may cancel your order free of charge up to 11am, two days before your selected delivery date.
As our products are freshly prepared to order using ingredients sourced specifically for your delivery, we are unable to offer refunds for:

Cancellations made after this cut-off time

Same-day orders

Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

No safe place to leave the order
we may be unable to redeliver due to the perishable nature of our products. In such cases, refunds may not be available.
