You agree not to use our Website for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This is not acceptance - a contract is only formed when we dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we’ve already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
5. Delivery
We offer local delivery only. Delivery is currently available to addresses within the NE29 postcode area and selected surrounding postcodes.
Eligible delivery areas are confirmed at checkout based on the delivery postcode. We reserve the right to amend or restrict delivery areas at any time.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, restricted access, or no safe place to leave the order, we may be unable to redeliver due to the perishable nature of our products. In such cases, refunds may not be available.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order with no charge by 11am two days before your delivery date.
We use fresh ingredients that will be ordered specifically to prepare your food. For this reason, and to prevent waste, we are not able to refund orders cancelled after this time or same-day orders.
To cancel an item, contact us at Hello@tynemouthcoffee.com. Cancelled orders will be processed within 14 days.
Perishable goods cannot be returned.

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Tynemouth Coffee Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or Website.
